Off season

Monday

  • Chest
  • Biceps
  • Calves

Tuesday

  • Back
  • Triceps
  • Calves

Wednsday

  • Shoulders (front, rear, side, traps)
  • Calves

Thursday

  • Thighs
  • Hamstrings
  • Calves

Friday

  • Triceps
  • Biceps
  • Calves

Saturday & Sunday

  • Rest days

  • 5 x exercises per body part (except for calves)
  • 4 x sets per exercise
  • 10 - 6 x reps per set (no more than 10 and no less than 6)
  • Use heavy weights but make sure you can perform a full strict movement without any help. Use a touch on your last 2 reps.
  • 1 x exercise per day for calves
  • 5 x sets @ 20 x reps each set with a 10 second rest between each set, start heavy and bring down the weight.


On season

I train every day on season, I do the same routine but it just overlaps. The only things that I do are:


  • Giant set each exercise (drop the weight each set)
  • Lower my weight a little
  • 8 x reps each set



Cardio

  • 5-10 minutes of twists with a bar at the end of a bench
  • 1 x sets of abdominal exercises. I giant set them as well
  • 4 x sets of crunches
  • 25 x reps each set with a 10 second rest between each set
  • 30 x minutes on the stationary bike that`s straight after training
