Abdominals, Buttocks & Thighs is a low impact activity that targets specific areas that can improve a person’s figure and general fitness. 


ABT does require a good level of strength but is generally suitable for people of all fitness levels. It is predominantly aimed for women and is a great addition to a regular fitness regime.


This exercise is popular with women and men of all ages, in particular those wanting to tone up and lose weight around those hard to hit areas.
